14-Day Return Policy (UK Customers)

At Crazy Lady’s Crafts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange, in accordance with UK consumer law.

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason.

To exercise this right:

  1. Notify us in writing (by email or post) within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, including tags, accessories, and any included documentation.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned goods are not in a resaleable condition.

Items Excluded from Returns

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Personalised or custom-made products

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., cosmetics, earrings, undergarments) once unsealed or used

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team at candlecrazy50@yahoo.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

  2. We’ll confirm the return address and provide further instructions.

  3. Package the item securely and include your name and order number inside the parcel.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or we have made an error.

  • We recommend using a tracked postal service. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.

If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return cost and arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval of your refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

  • Original delivery charges will be refunded only if the entire order is returned.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, including photos where possible. We’ll arrange a free return or replacement in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
